Looks like an interesting study. I would have loved to take part but my dad is now in the hospital and it's unlikely he'll come out. Re: the copyright, when I read over the consent it looks like they are primarily interested in the cortisol levels and not the text content. (Copyright wouldn't be an issue for me either.) You might ask them if they intend to use quotes from the writing in their reports.
